CPG
We put forecasting, pricing and supply planning on one working model, then stay until your teams run it without us.
Where value gets stuck
Most CPG plans break somewhere between the forecast and the shelf.
The forecast lives in a spreadsheet
Demand planning runs on exports and manual overrides, so sales, finance and supply each work from a different number.
Promotions are judged after the money is spent
Trade spend is approved on last year's results. Nobody sees which promotions paid back until the quarter closes.
Pricing moves slower than costs
Input costs change every week. Price and pack decisions still take a quarter to agree.
Supply finds out last
Raw material orders go out before the latest demand signal reaches procurement.
What we build
- Demand forecasting and allocationOne demand signal, refreshed weekly, that sales, finance and supply all plan from.
- Supply Chain and raw material forecastingRaw material and capacity plans driven by that same signal instead of a separate forecast.
- Dynamic Pricing and SKU OptimizationPrice and pack changes tested against margin and volume before they reach a retailer.
- Revenue Growth ManagementTrade and mix decisions made on what each promotion actually returned.
- NBO & Campaign OptimizationOffers and campaigns targeted with the same data the forecast runs on.
An engagement, start to finish
Where we start
We sit with planning, sales and finance and follow one forecast from the first export to the purchase order, writing down every manual step.
What we build
We replace the handoffs that break most often, usually forecast consolidation and the promotion review, and run them alongside the old process until the numbers agree.
How we hand over
Your planners run the new weekly cadence while we watch. We leave when the meeting runs without us in the room.
Services
We deliver time-boxed, outcome-led engagements focused on solving real growth and cost‑optimization problems.

Questions
Do we need clean data before we start?
No. CPG data is usually spread across the ERP, retailer portals and spreadsheets. Getting it into one usable model is part of the work.
How long does an engagement take?
Each engagement is time-boxed around one outcome. We agree the outcome and the end date before we start, and we plan the handover from the first week.
How is it priced?
We scope a fixed engagement around the outcome and agree the fee before work starts. If the scope needs to change, we agree that in writing first.
Do you replace our IT team or our vendors?
No. We work alongside your IT team and existing vendors, and recommend new tools only where the current ones can't do the job.
What happens to our data?
It stays in your environment. We work inside your systems under your access rules, and nothing leaves without your approval.
