Retail

We connect store, supply and customer data so stock and offers are planned from the same picture, and we train store teams to use it.

Where value gets stuck

Retail decisions are made on data that is already out of date.

  • Promotions launch before stock is confirmed

Offers go live in stores that can't fill them, and the shortfall shows up as lost sales and discounting.

  • Training never reaches the store floor

New systems launch at head office. Store teams learn them from each other, or not at all.

  • Supply visibility ends at the supplier

Stock is tracked until it ships and found again when it arrives.

  • Customer data stays in the loyalty program

Targeting uses a fraction of what the business already knows about each customer.

What we build

  1. Global supply chain modernizationStock tracked from supplier to shelf, with delays visible while there's still time to act.
  2. Critical machine training and trouble shootingStore equipment kept running, with guidance staff can follow on the spot.
  3. Frontline worker trainingTraining built into the tools store teams already use during a shift.
  4. Dynamic customer targeting for promotions and offersOffers targeted by what each customer buys and what each store has in stock.
  5. Cross-sell + Up-sell analysisBasket analysis that shows which products sell together and where the gaps are.
  6. Content and Campaign generationCampaign content produced at the pace of the promotion calendar.

An engagement, start to finish

  1. Where we start

We spend time in stores and distribution centres and follow one promotion from the plan to the shelf.

  2. What we build

We connect the stock and customer data that promotion depends on, and rebuild the planning step around it.

  3. How we hand over

Merchandising and store teams run the next promotions on the new process while we measure the difference with them.

Questions

Does this need new store systems?

Rarely. Most of the gains come from connecting the systems stores already run and training staff to use them.

How long does an engagement take?

Each engagement is time-boxed around one outcome. We agree the outcome and the end date before we start, and we plan the handover from the first week.

How is it priced?

We scope a fixed engagement around the outcome and agree the fee before work starts. If the scope needs to change, we agree that in writing first.

Do you replace our IT team or our vendors?

No. We work alongside your IT team and existing vendors, and recommend new tools only where the current ones can't do the job.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your environment. We work inside your systems under your access rules, and nothing leaves without your approval.
